You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in your email or through our Tracking Page.

You can only use one promotion code at a time (unless stated otherwise).

Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process.

On the checkout page, you‘ll see a field that says PROMO CODE.

Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY.

You can only use one promotion code at a time (unless stated otherwise), and you can’t apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. If you do not see your location during checkout, you may email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com 

At Bottoms Lab, we do our best to ensure all customs and duties are taken care of upon dispatch. We cannot guarantee that your parcel is free of all customs and duties as it varies from country to country. 

In line with the new laws that came into affect in January 2021, orders delivered to the UK will automatically have VAT (Value Added Tax) at the check out. The VAT collected at the point of sale will be remitted to HMRC.

Usually when parcel is in transit, there will be no updates however, if you have concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to us at hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to further assist you with your order.

In cases where you did not manage to receive your item due to failed delivery, please let us know via email. Note that we have a re-shipping fee of A$10.

Returns/Exchange & Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours upon placing your order. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com  for us to process them for you. Unfortunately, any orders past 12 hours will be registered onto our system and we will not be able to cancel them.

With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to process a replacement for you right away.
