This also means that a personalized promo code cannot be used during an on-going promotion.
Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process.
On the checkout page, you‘ll see a field that says PROMO CODE.
Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click APPLY.

Please check our size chart carefully before you place an order as we work very quickly to process all our orders. Please notify our customer success team of any changes to the order as soon as possible preferably within 12 hours via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot guarantee that the order amendment will go through as we may have processed and shipped out your order and if that’s the case, we are unable to allow any changes.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours from the time you have placed the order.
We also cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled upon request as our fulfillment team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
If your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to cancel the order but you may return the item to us as per our Returns & Exchange policy.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and actual delivery times may differ.
Estimated delivery time frame are as mentioned below:
• Australia [Standard Shipping]: 4 - 6 business days
• Australia [Express Shipping]: 2 - 3 business days
• New Zealand [Standard Shipping]: 13 - 18 business days
• New Zealand [Express Shipping]: 5 - 7 business days

Usually when a parcel is in transit, the tracking status will be stagnant. However, if you have concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to further assist you with your order.
In a case where you did not manage to receive your order due to failed delivery, please reach out to us via email at email@example.com. Note that a fee of A$10.00 will incur if you opt for a re-shipment or a cancellation.
Return & Exchange
With a stringent quality check in place, sometimes these defective items slip through the cracks. We'd like to make this right by sending you a replacement. Do send us pictures of the defect and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you have received the order and we will process a replacement for you.
Do email us at email@example.com for us to rearrange for the right order to be sent your way as soon as possible. For orders within Australia, we will issue a prepaid label to have the wrongly sent item(s) to be delivered back to us.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your refund / exchange from the day the parcel arrives at our warehouse.
Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase. All refunds will be processed using the same method originally used for your purchase.
